Fill out the following form to let us know you want to help support our efforts in having a say in how much and where service charges are distributed by your employers. Registration does not make you a member of the National Food Servers Association. To help fund this initiative, once we have met our registration goal, you will be asked to become a member by paying a reasonable membership fee which will go towards all the costs associated with passing legislation. We will not ask for your official membership until we have a significant amount of support to help ensure our success!
